VEAL CHOPS 
Loin veal chops
Olive oil & butter
1 can mushrooms
Lemon concentrate juice
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Garlic
Flour
1 c. dry white wine (opt.)
1 chicken bouillon cube
Onion powder

Brown garlic in oil and butter. Bread chops in flour on both sides well, sprinkling with above seasonings, as well as lemon juice. Remove chops from pan and add 1 cup water, chicken bouillon and mushrooms to drippings. (If wine is desired, add.) Place chops in pan and simmer for 1/2 hour.
