SPECIAL CHICKEN DISH 
6 slices of ham
6 pieces of chicken (I use thighs)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. Sauterne wine
3 strips of bacon

Place slices of ham in 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Place a piece of chicken over each slice of ham. Mix sour cream and soup together and put by tablespoon over each piece of chicken, use all of the mixture. Place 1/2 strip of bacon on each piece of chicken. Dribble wine over all. Cover with foil and cook at 250 degrees for approximately 2 hours until tender.
