VANESSA'S SPECIAL CHICKEN POT
PIE
 
1 boned whole chicken, skinned, cooked, and cut into pieces
2 (16 oz.) cans no salt Veg-All
Poultry seasoning
Italian herb seasoning
2 refrigerated pie crusts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can LeSeur peas, optional
Black pepper

Coat large rectangular oven-proof dish with cooking spray. Line pan with one of the refrigerated pie crusts. Mix together the chicken, soups, Veg-All and peas. Add poultry seasoning, Italian herb seasoning and pepper to taste.

Spread mixture into pan. Cover with the remaining pie crust. Make slits in the crust so heat may escape. Try carving your initials, name, or favorite design. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until crust is browned.
