EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter
1 c. hot water or 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream
1 c. milk
3 c. cut up, cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye mixed vegetable or 1 can drained Veg-all
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves (opt.)
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place contents of vegetable seasoning packet from stuffing mix and butter in bowl. Add hot water or broth; stir partially to melt butter. Add stuffing crumbs. Stir gently to mix. Mix soup and milk. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Pour in casserole dish; spoon stuffing over chicken mixture and add cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
