HALIBUT IN BUTTER SAUCE 
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley (fresh) or 1 1/2 tbsp. dry
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of salt
1 1/2 lbs. halibut fillets, 1/2 inch thick

Mix onion and butter - microwave on High for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Mix in parsley, lemon, mustard, garlic and salt. Arrange fillets in 12 x 8 inch dish - narrow ends to center. Spoon batter mixture over fillets. Cover with plastic. Microwave on High 5-6 minutes. Turn once. Let stand about 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
