GREEN GARDEN SALAD 
3 oz. lemon gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrots
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Dissolve lemon gelatin and salt in boiling water; cool. Gradually add milk to salad dressing, mixing until well blended. Stir in vinegar and gelatin; chill until partially set. Fold in celery, cabbage, carrots, pepper and onion; pour into six individual molds or 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold; surround with lettuce and garnish with additional salad dressing, if desired.

Serves 4 to 6.

NOTE: I add a little pimiento for color.
