1 can or 2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix all ingredients and pour into pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. As it bakes it will make its own crust. Makes two 9 inch pies.
