IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE BY ADA H. 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 or 10 inch diameter pie plate. Beat 11 ingredients until smooth or 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 50-55 minutes.
