BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
4 eggs, beaten
1 can crescent rolls
1 c. milk
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Line 9-inch casserole dish with crescent roll dough, pressing seams together. Brown sausage and drain well. Sprinkle sausage over dough. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix milk, egg, salt and pepper with wire whisk. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is brown and egg mixture is set.
