1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs. Mix in potatoes. Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar mix with milk. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
