SPINACH FETTUCCINE | |
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, cooked as directed and drained 1 clove garlic, mashed 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 c. butter 5 1/2 to 6 c. uncooked noodles (8 oz. pkg.) (cook as directed) 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 c. Parmesan cheese Saute garlic and onion in 1/4 cup butter. Mix cooked noodles, garlic and onion mixture, remaining butter, cheese, cream and spinach. Toss well. Pass the pepper at serving time. |
