SHRIMP BAKE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, cooked but do not use the herb packet
2 c. broken shrimp
1/2 c. onion, sauteed in 1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream

Add ingredients to cooked rice. Pour ingredients into large pan. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
