POTATO PANCAKES 
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 med. potatoes, pared
1/2 onion, diced fine
1 sprig parsley, minced
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Measure flour, baking powder, salts and pepper in small bowl. Grate potatoes - add onions and add to flour. Add rest of ingredients. Beat on low speed until blended. Preheat griddle, grease lightly. then drop batter by large spoonful onto griddle. Fry until crisp and brown on both sides. Drain on paper toweling.
