CORN PUDDING 
3 pints or (2) 12 oz. cans corn
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. half and half
2 tbsp. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
5 tsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Drain corn and set aside. Heat butter with sugar. Stir in flour and mix well. Remove from heat and stir in half and half, eggs and baking powder. Mix well. Add corn. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife is clean. Drizzle 2 tbsp. melted butter over casserole. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixed together. Bake 5 more minutes.
