MEXICAN ROLL - UPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 to 1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jar picante sauce for dipping
1 can black olives, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 can mild chilies, chopped
1 pkg. of 10 lg. flour tortillas
1/4 c. green pepper

Mix all ingredients except picante sauce. Spread on tortillas and roll. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces with string. Dip in picante sauce when served. Chill 1 hour before serving.
