MEXICAN CHEESE ROLL-UPS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lg. container sour cream
3-4 chopped green onions
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 can chopped olives
1 can green chilies
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Mix well. You can add chopped ham or shrimp. Spread a thin layer over a tortilla. Roll up tortilla. Chill for 24 hours. Then slice tortillas to make small round size roll-ups.
