CHILI SAUCE 
18 lg. tomatoes
6 onions
3 green peppers
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice

Peel tomatoes. Chop onions, green pepper. Combine all ingredients except vinegar. Cook 2 hours. Add vinegar, cook 10 minutes longer or until it thickens. Seal in jars while hot.
