2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate and butter and water. Stir. Cool and add vanilla. Mix in confectioners' sugar, beating until smooth. Frost puffs.
