1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

TOPPING:

1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
Add to 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
let stand while mixing cake
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 reg. Cool Whip

Add all the cake ingredients together and mix well. When cake layers are well cooled (2 or 3 layers, two 9 inch or three 8 inch). Ice with Topping recipe. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
