PIG IN A BLANKET 
PASTRY:

5 c. flour
1/2 c. lard
1/2 c. butter
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix all ingredients and roll out. Cut in squares.

PIGS:

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 tsp. allspice
Salt

Mix together and wrap in pastry. Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
