CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. apples, chopped
Salad dressing

Boil boneless, skinless chicken breast in water (enough just to cover chicken) and cook until tender. Chop into bite size pieces and mix together with the other ingredients. Add salad dressing as you desire. Yields 12 servings.
