LIVERWURST SPREAD 
1 1/2 lb. piece liverwurst
5 hard boiled eggs
1 med. onion, minced
Dash of salt and pepper
3 tbsp. mayonnaise (or more to taste)

Break off chunks of liverwurst and put in food processor or blender. Peel and chop hard boiled eggs and add to liverwurst. Mince onion and add to liverwurst. Add salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and well mixed. Chill. Great on Ritz crackers.
