1/2 c. liverwurst
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Mash liverwurst to a paste with a fork. Blend in horseradish and mustard, mixing until smooth. Serve on Ritz or any cocktail crackers or thin slice of French or rye bread.
