LIVERWURST AND RICE BALLS 
1 lb. liverwurst
2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 ring Polska Kelbalsa sausage
1 pkg. Sauerbraten gravy

Beat eggs golden yellow. Mix liverwurst with egg mixture; add the chopped onions. Fold in cooked rice then form into golf ball size rice balls. Place into deep fry pan loosely. Cut sausage into lengths the same size as rice balls and place them in between. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes, then pour the Sauerbraten gravy over the whole wretched mess and bake 15 minutes more. Will serve 5.
