4 c. Corn Chex cereal
1 c. salted peanuts
8 oz. pkg. M&M'S®
1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

In bowl, combine cereal, peanuts and M&M'S®. In saucepan, melt butter, stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture comes to a full boil, 2-4 minutes. No longer!!

Pour mixture over cereal mixture and toss well. Press into greased 9x13 inch pan. Cool and cut. 2 dozen.
