CHRISTMAS FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1 stick butter

Boil 7 full minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 3 - 6 ounce package of chocolate chips and small jar marshmallow creme. Mix well. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and pinch of salt. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts if desired. Mix well and pour into well buttered 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Makes about 5 pounds.
