POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lg. Irish potatoes
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (med.), grated
1 c. sour cream
1 med. onion
1 stalk celery
1 stick butter

Slice potatoes round 1/4 inch thick. Boil until tender with tablespoons of salt. Saute celery and onion in stick of butter. Mix potatoes, cheese, sour cream, onion, and celery. Put in microwave 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
