PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
3/4 c. confections sugar

Filling:

1/3 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix peanut butter and sugar together until crumbly and place on bottom of crust, saving 2 tablespoons to sprinkle on top.

Mix first 5 ingredients together in a saucepan over high heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Stir until mixture reaches thick consistency. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Pour over peanut butter mixture in shell and cool. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with peanut butter crumbles.
