QUICK & EASY CHICKEN 
Boneless, skinless chicken strips or lg. pieces (as many as you want)
Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 stick butter
Sliced almonds, green onions or parsley (opt. garnishes)

Melt butter in skillet on medium low heat. Wash each piece of chicken in water, dip in bread crumbs, covering both sides. Saute (not too hot) both sides until done, approximately 15 to 20 minutes (golden brown). Garnish if desired. Serve. My kids love this!
