SPROUTS AND SEEDS SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, torn
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. broccoli, fresh
1 avocado
1 pkg. alfalfa sprouts
1 c. shelled sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sherry

Combine all dressing ingredients in blender and mix. Refrigerate until needed. Pour over salad ingredients and toss. Serve immediately.
