BEAN (ALFALFA) SPROUTS 
Lg. jar and cheesecloth for cover

Soak 2 tablespoons of seeds overnight in warm water. Drain in morning. Place jar on it's side, away from light (or cover with paper towel). Rinse seeds gently twice a day with warm, NOT HOT, water. Drain well and replace on side and cover with paper towel. On the third or fourth day, sprouts will be ready to harvest. You might want to expose them to light to "green" them. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Will keep several days.
