CHICKEN PARM-ZIP 
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Preheat broiler. Stir together salad dressing, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Brush with half of sauce. Broil 5-7 inches from heat for 10 minutes. Turn; brush with remaining sauce. Continue broiling 10 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings. (If using light mayonnaise, delay brushing on chicken until last 10 minutes.)
