PARMESAN CHICKEN 
8-10 boneless chicken breasts
1 sm. bottle Italian house dressing
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2-4 tsp. parsley
Garlic salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg. Townhouse or Ritz crackers, crushed

Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for several hours. Mix together the Parmesan cheese, parsley, spices and crushed crackers. Dredge the chicken in the cracker crumb mixture. Lay in a "Pammed" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 8 servings.

This is delicious! I added a small packet of italian dressing mix to the breading for extra flavor :) It works great, especially if you dont have much time to marinate the chicken.
