4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
Small amount chopped onion
Salt, pepper & parsley
2 1/2 c. diced chicken
3-4 c. egg noodles, softened

Mix butter and flour together in a saucepan. Heat until it starts to thicken. Mix in milk and broth. Remove from heat and mix with chicken and softened noodles. Place mixture into casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
