BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli
7 slices bacon
1/4 c. raisins
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/8 c. sugar

Remove broccoli flowerettes, wash and place in large bowl. Cook bacon and crumble. Add to bowl with remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well and cover. Refrigerate. Best when prepared the day before serving.
