BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CARROT
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 can French fried onions

Mix cheese, soup and vegetables together in 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with onions. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
