BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CHEESE SOUP 
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 lg. carrot, shredded
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 1/2 lbs. sliced American cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. onion soup base

Boil broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and celery, immersed in water until tender. Mash vegetables with wooden hammer in water cooked in. Add American cheese gradually. Stir until dissolved. Add milk and soup base. Cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly blended, about 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
