“FRESH BERRY PIE” IS IN:

FRESH BERRY PIE 
Pastry for 8" Two-crust Pie
2/3 - 3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups fresh or frozen/thawed berries (blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 425°F

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon. Sprinkle over berries and mix lightly. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Dot with butter.

Cover with top crust, crimp edges to seal and decorate edge by pinching between thumb and forefinger to make a scalloped ridge, if desired.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

Goes well with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
