BROCCOLI PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1-1 1/2 lbs. broccoli, fresh or frozen, unthawed
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. Colby cheese, shredded

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut up broccoli into bite size pieces. Mix milk, eggs, and salt. Stir in shredded cheese and broccoli. Pour into unbaked pie shell and place in oven.
