LOW-CAL BROCCOLI-CHEESE PIE 
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. skim milk
1 egg
2 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
2 oz. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
2 c. chopped, cooked broccoli
2 tbsp. onion, chopped

Mix flour, baking powder, egg and milk in blender and mix well. Combine broccoli, 1 ounce cheese, onion and meat in 9" pie plate. Pour milk mixture over top and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until set. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 2; each serving = 1 bread, 2 1/2 protein, 2 vegetables, 15 cal.
