BEEF AND BROCCOLI PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 egg
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced thin

Brown beef and onion; add flour, salt, garlic salt, milk, cream cheese, and egg. Mix well. Stir in cooked broccoli. Pour into a 9- inch pie pan. Cover with cheese.

Make a crust from the crescent rolls and cover meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-40 minutes (or until crust is brown). Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
