1 lg. jar herring pieces in wine sauce
2 lg. beefsteak tomatoes, peeled & cut up
1 purple onion, minced
1 part olive oil
2 parts ketchup

Drain herring and place in bowl. Mix other ingredients together and blend with herring. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
