LINGUINE WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
2 (6 oz.) cans chopped or minced clams
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. linguine, cooked & drained
Grated Parmesan cheese

Drain clams, reserving juice, set aside. Place butter and oil in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Microwave (high) 1 minute or until butter melts. Add garlic and microwave 1 minute more. Stir in parsley, oregano, basil, pepper and reserved clam juice into casserole. Cover and microwave (high) 4 minutes. Add clams and microwave 1 minute more or until hot. Serve over hot cooked linguine. Sprinkle with cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
