CRABMEAT SALAD 
1/4-1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
Sprinkle of dill
1/4-1/2 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. crab meat (imitation crab meat works well)
1/4-1/2 c. chopped olives
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. light cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (light cholesterol free)

Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise into other ingredients. Serves 4.
