CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 (No. 2) can artichoke hearts
1 lb. crabmeat (may use imitation)
1/2 lb. mushrooms
4 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sherry (med. dry)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Wash and slice mushrooms; saute in 1 tablespoon butter. Place artichoke hearts in bottom of baking dish. Spread layer of crabmeat, add layer of mushrooms. Melt butter in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour sauce over artichoke and crab layers. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
