QUICK CHICKEN OR TURKEY VEG -
SOUP
 
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery
1/3 c. carrots or any leftover vegetables

Cook for about 2 minutes or until tender.

Add: 1 can water 1 c. chicken or turkey

May add cooked noodles or rice. Ready in about 20 minutes. 2 servings.
