BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk, butter milk or yogurt
2 eggs (optional)
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2-1 c. blueberries

Mix first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Stir no more than 50 strokes. Batter will be thick. Pancakes will be delicious! Yield: 12-14 pancakes.
