OATMEAL BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. rolled oats
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. blueberries

In large bowl mix well flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside. In small bowl beat milk and eggs until blended, stir into flour mixture and then stir in berries. Using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, bake on hot greased griddle until golden brown on both sides.
