OATMEAL PANCAKES 
2 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1 eggs
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

The night before making pancakes, mix buttermilk and oats together in bowl. Cover and refrigerate.

Next morning, beat egg and stir in brown sugar. Add flours, baking soda, oil and oatmeal-buttermilk mixture. Mix thoroughly. Drop batter by tablespoons onto a hot non stick or oiled griddle. Makes 12 (4") pancakes.
