SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 qt. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. orange juice
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. butter
1 c. raisins
1 c. marshmallows

Soak raisins in orange juice. Saute nuts in butter. Add juice, raisins, nuts, etc., to mashed sweet potatoes. Add salt to taste. Stir well. Sprinkle marshmallows on top. Bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows are brown.
